What to Expect During Your Virtual Consultation with Georgia Hair Solutions

1. Appointment Time:

  • Your 30-minute virtual consultation will be conducted Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please ensure you're available at the scheduled time.

  • Occasionally, an appointment may run a bit longer than expected. If that happens, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We will do our best to contact you if this is the case.

2. Your Virtual Meeting:

  • You will receive an email or text with a Google Meet video link prior to your appointment. Click the link to join the meeting at your appointment time.

  • Your virtual consultant will showcase and model wigs tailored to your preferences. A video call is required for this experience.

  • Virtually, we do not offer synthetic wigs or toppers of any kind due to matching and application challenges. For these options, please visit in person.

  • Pick your top 3 wigs that you would like to see and discuss during your appointment. This helps our virtual wig specialist with the color range that matches you best. GALLERY

3. Be Ready:

  • Please be in a quiet, well-lit area for the consultation, so we can assist you effectively. No driving please, for your safety.

Next steps

Step 1. Measurements:

Watch this video below. Please measure your head. To measure your head for a virtual or in person wig fitting, use a flexible measuring tape, start at your hairline in the front, wrap it around your head, above of your ears, and back to the base of your neck, ensuring the tape is snug but not tight. We need the full circumference measurement. Write down this measurement to complete the GETTING TO KNOW YOU form. Your virtual consultant wants to be sure she is pulling the correct size wigs for your virtual appointment.

Step 2. Tell us about your hair journey:

After booking your appointment, complete our GETTING TO KNOW YOU form below before your visit. It helps us better understand your needs and prepare to find a wig that’s the right fit for you! To view the gallery of options we can discuss, VIEW HERE.

Step 3. Be sure you have booked your appointment.

Just a reminder—appointment times are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time. So if you book for 11:00 AM, we'll contact you at 11:00 AM Georgia time.
